We have been busy working in the yard.

We moved hostas from our front yard to our back yard, creating a lovely little garden underneath the kids favorite climbing tree.

Sam and the kids cut down a dead tree that was threatening the power line.

Johnny hung in there with us and was very helpful schlepping mulch from the village pile to our home. Sam bought him his own gloves and shovel. It helps to have the right equipment.

But then a distraction. In the form of a bedazzled headband. And his inner Jane Fonda came out.

And Mary Frances found a new way to do push-ups on the slack line.

And the work was done. What a great way to end the day!
