We have finally been moved to our room on the regular pediatrics floor.
She enjoyed the ride from the recovery area to the children’s hospital.
We have finished all the intake items. Night rounds are beginning and the nursing shift change is underway. Medication orders are being filled and, hopefully, someone brings Becky a Kangaroo pump soon. She hasn’t had a feed in over 12 hours. Becky is tolerating the delay well. But she’s beginning to eat her hands.

For some reason I did not see this until now (as I am boarding a plane for Vermont). I had checked earlier. So no ventilator or O2 for Becky on #4. Hurray!
So glad things went well for her.
