Johnny returns home from Camp Grandma/Grandpa this weekend.

It also marks the end of day camp.

I’m happy to report that, despite a rocky send-off, Johnny made the most of his time away. He had an opportunity to share some favorite song selections with his new friends. He loves the songs “It’s Raining Tacos” and “Tortilla Avalanche”. Which have seen us through many an evening traffic-jam.

He even wrote about one of these songs in school.

Apparently, he made a request of his counselors to play the song “Tortilla Avalanche”.

This beloved ballad inspired a moment of free-form dancing. And his best dance moves. This video was posted in the weekly camp email.

I think Johnny adjusted to camp just fine.
